As with all mobile phone unlocking companies we have to have the usual terms and conditions to follow:

By purchasing the mobile unlocking code you are agreeing to the terms
and conditions as stated below.

Unlocking mobile phones in some countries is illegal. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that they will not be in breach of any laws specific to their country of residence.

Full, easy to follow instructions will be provided which will detail how to input the unlocking code into the mobile phone. Usually mobile phones will allow 5 attempts to change the codes, however if unsuccessful after 5 attempts the mobile phone will disable access. We suggest that if for some unlikely reason the phone does not unlock after 3 attempts then do not proceed any further. eCompserv Computer & Mobile Services will take no responsibility and will not be held liable for any unsuccessful attempts to unlock the phone.

PRIVACY

The information that you submit to eCompserv Computer & Mobile Services via this web site, or email, will not be passed on or sold to any third parties whatsoever.
Our mobile request form requires you to give us some limited contact information(such as your name, & email address).This customer contact information is only used by us to contact you with the mobile unlocking code.
We use "Web Stats" which may collect IP addresses and pages visited. This is used by ourselves to diagnose problems, administer our website and to gather demographic information.
